I was shown how to swaddle with a cloth but could never get it right and it always came loose, this is idiot proof and best of all my baby loves it, she sleeps so much better with this cloth than when its in the wash! think I should buy two lol. Really great in the first few days to help your baby feel snuggled and safe. Baby's feet are meant to be contained by the bottom of the wrap being folded over them - obviously the 'taller' baby is, the less fabric there is to fold over.
